Hotest TV
I purchased one for my sons room. This is very perfect TV for him. The size not too large and the price very cheap to buy for my many room. My family choose SAMSUNG TV as family TV. Sure we have 5 Tvs in our house. In each room we have one SAMSUNG. No problem about the order process and service with this site. Recommend everyone to buy it. Thank you. :2012-02-11 13:21:49

great quality right out of the box,
Purchased through Amazon....Just hook up the cable wires, plug this thingie in, and you have a great looking, extroadinary color HDTV. Nice size for our bedroom....great design, takes up little space. What more can you want.....very very nice product. :2011-11-14 12:09:22

A Great HDTV for a Great Price!
As expected, the price of HDTVs has dropped in connection with the decrease in manufacturing costs. Though this is a great thing for the consumer, the market has become flooded such that it is difficult to find a great product at a reasonable price. Fear not, savvy consumer! This television is an excellent choice at an excellent price. It is very lightweight, has excellent picture quality, and great sound production from its native speakers. I use it with my Xbox 360 and have had no major complaints with it. It is even small enough to fit in my small dorm room with no major issue. I would highly recommend this product for its sheer simplicity, light weight, relatively small size, great price, excellent picture quality, and connectivity (it is able to connect to headphones or computer speakers for improved sound quality or silent listening, which is great when you have a roommate). A great product and a must buy for those interested in a small television that will fit in a small room and be easy to transport. :2011-11-14 12:09:00

Awesome TV, Incredible Picture Quality,
I recently purchased this TV to replace an older non-hdtv lcd and I must say that this product is really amazing. I placed this TV in my guest bedroom for use when company stays over and it is an excellent TV for bedrooms and kitchens. I also prevously purchased a 32-inch LCD from Samsung and was so impressed with it, that I also purchased this TV. If you haven't tried a Samsung LCD before, take my advice and give it a try because Samsung products are among the best. The picture quality is very good and crystal clear. I have a basic cable set up and this TV picks up HD channels through its built-in tuner. The image quality looks really good on this TV. I was also impressed with the ease of use and set-up which is so simple right out of the box. I also have a Samsung Blu-ray player hooked up to this TV and the colors, sound and images are great. I highly recommend this TV as it fits in well with the great electronics that Samsung has in its product line. :2011-11-14 12:08:40

Great Television at a Great Price!
Very happy with this television. It's light weight and has a great streamlined design. The picture quality is very good and it's easy to use--nice features. :2011-11-14 12:08:09

Great TV
Crisp Clear picture. Great price. Perfect for xbox 360 gaming. Bought 2 Samsungs. Wish I bought more. :2011-11-14 12:07:41

Great Picture - Great LCD Value
The LN22B360 Samsung is an excellent TV for a den, bedroom, or kitchen. The considerable time I spent shopping stores looking at Toshiba, Sylvania, LG, Haier, Vizio, and the big-box stores' private labels verified that the LN22B360 is best value on the market in this screen size. Not only does it have an outstanding picture, its also cosmetically attractive with a smaller frame and glossy black finish. I've had this set for about 6 weeks and must confess that the picture is so outstanding that at times I find myself abandoning my Sony big screen to watch the 22" set in our den. As long-time Sony fan, I had originally purchased a Sony 26", but it was a bit tight for the space. Also, the picture was very good but didn't have quite the sparkling, vivid picture I was looking for. I reluctantly returned the Sony and ordered the Samsung. Whenever I buy a new piece of electronics, I'm always concerned that the item will hook up easily and will live up to my expectations. The LN22B360 was easy to set up and connect to the Direct TV HD service we use. The TV's menus are useful in selecting the user's preferences. The menus are organized well and easy to navigate. No complaints about the sound which is appropriate for the room we're using the TV in. The LN22B360 was a great purchase for our family and I highly recommend it for yours. :2011-11-14 12:07:20

Great picture. Sound too
I love this tv. It's light as a feather. (my first skinny tv) The box has a handle. I got home late and thought I'd have to detach my slam-on-you screen door to bring it in from the porch like any bulky box I've gotten from amazon. But nooooo. The slender box was left between the screen door and the front door, I grabbed the handle and strolled into the house like I was carrying a brief case I hate directions but only had to read a half a page to get it turned on and pulling in all the "air" channels here with rabbit ears that have one ear broken in half. Soon, maybe I'll read about the details But I love that I didn't have to. (sorry about that grammar thingy) The picture is sharp, the color is true, and the sound is perfectly fine. The remote is very well laid out and even works when I point it the other way, something I'm really not used to because I've been having some annoying remote problems for a while now. BTW. Thanks Amazon, for being smart enough to give me so much free shipping... still I'm kinda confused that I can buy Balance bars cheaper at Walmart AND know the expiration date. But still, great buying experience. :2011-11-14 12:07:01

Better than expected!!!!WOW
Contrary to what the listing states in terms of resolution. This LCD was able to support a top resolution of 1920x1080 (full HD), when hooked to my slim PS3 unit. Wow... Clear picture at an affordable price. You can't beat that!!! :2011-11-14 12:06:35

Fantastic Table-Top TV
For several months over this past summer I had been shopping around for a nice, good quality and inexpensive table-top LCD for a bedroom. I perused a few various brands and models. (Sharp, Toshiba, Dynex, Insignia, etc) However, once I caught the price on this Samsung LN22B360 the search stopped dead in its tracks. I was still a little skeptical even though I have been a fan of Samsung for the last 5 years from when I was in the consumer electronics business. Since that time I have always had an affinity towards Samsung for making and delivering on quality products. Well, I must state that once the TV arrived (in pristine condition through Amazon's free shipping. Thanks-ed.) it did not disappoint. Albeit that it's resolution only goes up to 720p, but you must understand that the picture quality difference between 1080p vs 720p on a 22" monitor is ineligible. The actual resolution that it produces via HDMI is 1366 X 768, so it's better than 720 already to begin with! There are many complaints about the audio power and I will have to agree with them. HOWEVER, I am hard-pressed to understand why someone would purchase a 22" TV of any kind and expect to have highs that shatter glass, mids that move the air and lows that rattle the wall!?? For a TV this size the speakers work just fine and if I wanted to beef up the audio then the fiber-optic jack in the back would work just fine to connect to a stereo or home theater. I highly recommend this TV for dorm-rooms, bedrooms and kitchens. The size, picture quality and audio are perfect for smaller-sized and more intimate spaces. It offers a DVI/computer jack for use as a computer monitor; 1 HDMI, 2 Components (R,G,B), 1 Composite, 1 RF and a headphone jack. Also, being under 300 bucks doesn't hurt! :2011-11-14 12:06:17

No complaints good tv,
After checking out LCD TVs of similar size in person at Best Buy, this Samsung model stood out for the quality of the display. It was much sharper, denser, and brighter than a comparable LG model, and it seemed sharper than the older Samsung models as well. I bought the Terk HDTVa antenna to go with it (I am using over the air reception instead of cable), and the picture on the HDTV channels I get is outstanding and never the slightest bit fuzzy or speckled. Analog channels look bad but you're not going to watch those anyway if there's an HD version. Without cable, I just pick up NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, PBS but they all look great in HD. Just as an experiment, I switched the Terk Antenna on and off to see how well the built-in Samsung digital tuner worked without an antenna, and it seemed really similar but with a very tiny amount of speckling of images. So you could probably get away with not using an antenna if you live close to a tower(I live a couple blocks from a tower) I have no problem with the sound- I like how crisp and understandable it is at low volumes. This TV was extremely easy to set up as well- 20 minutes max. :2011-11-14 12:05:52

Excellent TV
This is a top notch HDTV for an excellent price... well below the equivalent at a Best Buy. To begin with, this TV is attractive even when off. When on, the screen is bright and crisp. I've had no problems using it with either my PS3 or Wii... the "game mode" seems to do its job very well in minimizing the lag common in HDTVs. Assassin's Creed looks amazing, as does Mario Galaxy. The TV has very full customizeability of picture, and I've had no problem making dark movies bright enough. Contrary to some of the reviews here, I think the speakers are very satisfactory. They don't have a completely full bass sound, no, but they are plenty loud for my apartment. Despite a lack of deep bass the speakers give generally full sound, and do a good job mimicking surround output. A little tip - turning on the "true surround" feature lowers the volume by quite a bit. Sound a little quiet? Then turn off the surround setting and "settle" with excellent stereo sound... at volume 45 the TV is plenty loud (and it goes to 100). I compared the sound of various TVs at Best Buy and I honestly think this little unit has phenomenal sound for its size class... if you want better speakers built into a ~3" deep flat screen, well you are probably going to have to go for a fatter and larger TV. What do you want for such a slim unit? The TV not having 1080P output isn't much of a con... most TVs this size do not offer that, and when they "do" it is usually just a downscaling of 1080P signal to the screen rather than truly displaying it. 720P and 1080i look pretty darn slick compared to a CRT analogue TV, let me tell you! Again, the PS3 looks awesome. So - good sound for the size-class, crisp bright screen, high contrast, good performance on games... all for ~$[...]! It should have an S-video input. I'm not sure why it doesn't. That made me a little sad, but I knew it didn't when buying it. Just upgrade to component or HDMI where possible if you've got an s-video device :-) I have one real con for this TV - NOWHERE did I see this indicated - the TV has a completely unadjustable stand. On larger TVs, the stands don't have to be adjustable because their viewing angles are so large. But a smaller TV at 22" with a 160 degree viewing angle... it really does need to be able to tilt. I have it up on a dresser so I tucked some cardboard under the rear of the base to give it a slight tilt down. Thankfully the bright screen and decent viewing angles make this an acceptable arrangement, but if you have an off-optimal location for your TV consider the lack of adjustability when buying. :2011-11-14 12:05:32

too many sound complaints
I got this T.V. off amazon in march and I've had it for a little more than two weeks. I am very impressed with the product; it is a great T.V. for my ROOM, which is why I can't understand the problems people are having with the sound. First of all, the T.V. has good sound for one that is more suited for a bedroom (not a master sized); I don't believe it's best suited for either the kitchen or living room (both too big). If you are that concerned about the sound, you can just plug in some computer speakers in the headphone jack for some richer sound, samsung didn't just build that in the set to make it look pretty. And if you're looking for a more expensive solution, then there's always digital audio. It's silly to expect that you're going to get the same kind of sound from a 22' inch that you would get on a 32' inch or larger. But everyone seems to agree that it has an excellent picture; images are clear and crisp, even in standard definition. Don't be influenced by the "bad sound" comments, it's a good buy. :2011-11-14 12:05:14

Their Getting Better All The Time,
I'm not very good at the specifics, But I just had to be the first to say this is an excellent LCD. I Replaced my 19' Samsung with this 21' & I've been Impressed by the picture. The much needed improvements needed over the LN19A450 were very much needed. This is a third gen LCD; sound is a little better with adjustments, but still the same speakers (Use Exteral Speakers), picture is much better & with the adustable backlight feature makes the picture a much deeper, richer screen to view. It has all the hookups you'll need Except it only has 1-HDMI input. The Price is Right & Shipping is Free. :2011-11-14 12:04:58

.then Goldilocks said, "This one is just right."
I originally bought the LN22B350, the latest unit in this series, but had to return it. You can read my review on it, but in short, it was because despite the literature stating that it has one composite AND one component input, it actually should read one composite OR one component. You could only use one or the other because they share the video input jack. So, after viewing an actual image of the input panel on this unit, I took a baby step back and ordered the B360. Wait a minute! Amazon gave me a backhanded "upgrade" by erroneously shipping the LN22A450. The 4 series is better than the 3 series, but the A series is older than the B series. They were willing to let me keep it, but after doing a little bit of research I found that the technology has leapt forward since it was made. Among other things, it had only a 3000:1 contrast ratio whereas this one has 15,000:1. These days there's little difference between the massive numbers spun out by manufacturers unless you're in a high tech calibration setting, but when you talking one that low, it's not a good thing. So, one more swap and I got the LN22B360. I really like this set. Unless you're an audiophile, there's not a single thing wrong with the sound. There are different settings and a bit of an equalizer to customize, and at the level of 44, the volume is excellent. People just need to understand that no manufacturer is going to put high end audio in a unit at this price point. The 22-inch set is not the one you want to pay $500 for, or should need that kind of audio. You're not going to get a lot of the bells and whistles you get with the bigger sets because that's not what people are using their small TVs for. So after one that was too new for my old equipment, and one that was too old for the new technology, this one is just right. I chose Samsung for the on/off timer, of which this unit has three, and the options there are better than expected--select all days, weekdays, weekends, etc. The set-up was easy, the remote balanced (though no back light), buttons are a good size and arranged fairly intelligently. The smaller screen makes the 720p and 60hz non-issues. Since I don't pay for premium services, it was nice to see several channels airing in HD without a converter box. And on the down-low, I'm getting intermittent On Demand broadcasts, though I do wish whoever ordered them would take fewer potty breaks. Too much pausing and rewind. LOL! I'm very satisfied with this purchase and hope to buy its big brother (46") in the future after I'm sure Samsung is the way to go (and I think it is). UPDATE 12/22/09 -- Just wanted to add that I'm still liking this TV. It completely meets my needs and expectations, although the On Demand feed stopped, darn it! :2011-11-14 12:04:41

Nice,
Nice little TV,especially for a bedroom. If it's hooked up to regular digital cable, then it's difficult to get sharp image and color adjustments, however,if it's hooked up to HD~BAM!~the picture is clean, crisp. Only one drawback, the speakers are weak..hook it up with external speakers and you're good to go. :2011-11-13 22:28:59

Samsung 22" LCD TV,
This is my first LCD TV so I can't compare it with other LCDs. The picture is bright and clear and the color really great. Compared to my other TV, it is super. The sound is lacking bass, but is very good with voice. I can hear and understand much better with this TV compared to the 15 year old Samsung that went to the trash. We are using this TV in the kitchen and dining room. I made a lazy susan to fit the base so we can easily turn it to watch in either room. :2011-11-13 22:28:32

Great 22" LCD,
Bought this TV for bedroom and RV use. Have only used on cable so far but picture is very good. I have no complaints with sound after going to menu and making few adjustments. This is great TV for smaller rooms. :2011-11-13 22:28:13

Good Value,
We also purchased this TV specifically for our bedroom. Yes, the speakers could be better, however for use in a smaller room, they are fine. The picture quality is great and certainly what you'd expect from a screen of this size. I would not hesitate to recommend this TV. :2011-11-13 22:27:53

22-inch LCD TV
This Samsung 22-inch LCD TV is used in a bedroom and replaced an old CRT TV. It has a much superior picture, was easy to set up, and other than for the common problem with most LCD TVs of viewing angle, is perfectly satisfactory. :2011-11-13 22:27:24

Nice TV for the price, lousy stand,
The TV is good, but not great. They say the human eye can't tell the difference between 720p and 1080i, but I can sure tell the difference between this TV and our other Samsung 1080i. But that might also be due to the slower refresh rate on this TV. I recommend the TV anyway. We've had it for about six weeks. We have it in our bedroom, mounted on the wall. We don't expect a premium entertainment environment in there. Just something we can watch Letterman on when we go to bed. The sound is fine, and I don't know why others have complained about it. It has more ports than we need, but it's nice to know you can hook up a computer, Xbox, or any HDMI devices. Our only complaint is the stand is either not big enough or not heavy enough (keeps shipping costs down). It didn't take much to tip the whole thing over. Even our very small cat knocked it over. That's why we bought an articulating wall mount (from another on-line vendor) for about $13. It's sturdy and works great. Don't spend more than that on a mounting bracket. :2011-11-13 22:27:02

Samsing 22 inch TV,
Excellent quality for the price.Sound could be a bit better, but it is not too bad. :2011-11-13 22:25:45

Very good HDTV for modest price
Have had this HDTV for several weeks and am using it in our kitchen. We have a pretty small cabinet space for the TV, so I needed to purchase one this small. That said, it is probably just a bit small for kitchen use (we have a combined kitchen and dining space, so not infrequently we are 20 feet from the screen. I am happy with the TV, but will still be looking for another bigger one with dimensions that would still fit our cabinet. What I can tell you is that the picture is very good, but has the limitations of all LCD TVs--if you are viewing at an angle the picture deteriorates. This is not a fault of the brand, just a fact of life for these very inexpensive LCDs. We use it connected straight to our cable provider (no cable box) and it works perfectly. The TV was easy to set up and has operated flawlessly. My biggest criticism is the audio quality, it is pretty bad. We have in fact added some inexpensive desktop computer speakers (using the included earphone port) and this has greatly improved the sound. This tells you something because these computer speakers aren't great themselves. I suppose the problem is the TV is just so small that they can't build in decent speakers. I took off one star due the the poor audio. Otherwise, this is a very nice TV for very little cost. :2011-11-13 22:24:58

Good TV for kitchen, etc.,
Decent TV, good price. Picture with HD is very nice, Standard def picture is not too bad. Sound is perfectly fine, as long as you are not trying to drown anything out with the TV's speakers. :2011-11-13 22:24:25

Great TV for Smaller Rooms, Excellent for Games,
I would agree with the others reviewers, that sound is not great. But for a TV of this size it's more than adequate. You can also make adjustments with the equalizer to improve it. Also the vertical viewing angle is limited .. side to side is good. One gripe, when you change inputs with the remote, the input display stays on-screen. You have to manually exit it. But as a huge plus, it pulls in tons of Comcast QAM channels. Save yourself some $$$. There is no quality difference that I can see between this 22" Samsung, and the more expensive models they make. All have the same inputs, and LCD panel. Only thing different is the cosmetics. The 6 series does tilt, (and I tried it, because the Amazon specs said it was suppose to have an extra side input, which it doesn't) so I returned it for this model, and spent $100 less. Overall a very nice TV. Analog & Digital stations look good. The old S-NES looks good on it. And best of all, the Atari 2600 works on it too, which is great, because I tried that on a cheaper brand C**Y, and it looked awful. :2011-11-13 22:23:53

Still - excellent TV with better picture than a lot of the ones I've seen in stores. Definite steal at this price :2011-11-13 22:21:33

No complaints good tv
:2011-11-13 22:21:07

:2011-11-13 22:20:43

Better than expected!!!!WOW
Contrary to what the listing states in terms of resolution. This LCD was able to support a top resolution of 1920x1080 (full HD), when hooked to my slim PS3 unit. Wow... Clear picture at an affordable price. You can't beat that!!! :2011-11-13 22:20:20

Great picture. Sound too.,
I love this tv. :2011-11-13 22:19:54

Great Picture - Great LCD Value,
The LN22B360 Samsung is an excellent TV for a den, bedroom, or kitchen. :2011-11-13 22:19:27

Great TV,
Crisp Clear picture. Great price. Perfect for xbox 360 gaming. Bought 2 Samsungs. Wish I bought more. :2011-11-13 22:19:00

My right and great TV
:2011-05-02 13:46:11

Nice TV for the price lousy stand
The TV is good but not great. They say the human eye cant tell the difference between 720p and 1080i but I can sure tell the difference between this TV and our other Samsung 1080i. But that might also be due to the slower refresh rate on this TV.

I recommend the TV anyway. Weve had it for about six weeks. We have it in our bedroom mounted on the wall. We dont expect a premium entertainment environment in there. Just something we can watch Letterman on when we go to bed.

The sound is fine and I dont know why others have complained about it.

It has more ports than we need but its nice to know you can hook up a computer Xbox or any HDMI devices.

Our only complaint is the stand is either not big enough or not heavy enough (keeps shipping costs down). It didnt take much to tip the whole thing over. Even our very small cat knocked it over. Thats why we bought an articulating wall mount (from another on-line vendor) for about :2010-09-15 04:46:20

Excellent choice for a bedroom
I have this hooked up to an antenna and the picture from over the air is great. It is neat to see the different signals the TV stations are putting out on the extra digital channels. The picture looks very sharp and nice colors.
The sound on the TV is very good for the bedroom also. I can see that in a family room or living room this might not be loud enough but I am not experiencing any of the "quiet" sound problems.
The base that came with the TV is a fixed mount that screws in with 2 screws. It seems sturdy enough but there is no adjustment for viewing angles.
Now I hope the old TV in the living room lasts long enough so I can save up for a 32" replacement like this... :2010-09-15 04:46:20

Perfect Bedroom TV
Others reviewing this TV complained about the sound quility. I have NO complaints. I do realize that this is a
smaller TV than my main TV and therefore has smaller speakers. But for me the sound quality is fine.
The picture is Great. I would buy this TV again.
